August Re-cap!

I feel like nothing happened this month, but i was really busy all the time, so when i looked back i saw that we did do some fun things...mainly here at home...
Graham discovered the pots and pans and he was a natural at creating sweet music, Brennan and Mark made a fun game out of his toy box. why is it that the things that don't cost much end up being the most played with toy?My muscularly-strong husband, getting a second work out for the day!
Graham being a big boy and eating all by himself...he was besides himself, laughing and smiling like it was the coolest to give him full control of the Banana!

I got crafty and made these curtains pretty much all by myself! my mom & mother-in-law helped pick out the fabric. my mom helped with cutting the panels, I sewed them all by myself! and Mark helped with the hardware. what do you think?

Graham went to see the Pediatric Surgeon about his Gastro-hernia and well we found out it wont fix itself so we have to have surgery when we get back from Hawaii. I'm sooo sad, but the Dr. says its an in-out patient surgery and very basic. So that was an un-fun thing. the poor kid had soo much fun and is soooooo happy and he doesn't even know whats going to hit him!

Here's Grandma and the boys snuggling while waiting for the Dr.

Our good friends Janine, Beckham, and Marley came to visit and boy oh boy did the kids pick up where they left off...trains, trains and more trains! they played like they have never been apart!

Beckham with a fun Army hat!

Brennan and Marley's first date together! Juice and a movie! haha
Graham with the silly smile again!
Brennan's love for his trains has been re-instated ever since Beckham came over. Trains and Thomas cartoons every day!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know! My boys can't get enough of trains. Poor Graham had no choice to like them or not, every time he hears the theme song to thomas she starts to dance and giggle! its so cute!

Cute! I love the curtains! They turned out really nice and classy. Don't they make such a difference in the feel of the room??
